100th Post and a Giveaway!!!

Best Valentines Day I ever had - Andy surprised me by letting me think he had forgot what day it was and invited me over to his house. He then sent me around his house figuring out clues to discover my little gift. At the end of all the romantic little poems,clues and gifts he had strategically placed, he got down on one knee and proposed. I was totally surprised to learn he had already spoken to my parents and all of them managed to keep the secret :-)
So I left a shout out on my facebook page. Now I'll go do one on Twitter :)

K fav movie is the notebook... sure i know its everyone's but i love that you could die with your hubby. fav song is "lemonade" from passion coz it was the first song joe sang to me and if you don't know valentines 2008 is my favorite because i got sealed that day to joe forever!!! it is my wedding anniversary... so i think i actually deserve this shoot...lol... 2 yrs baby!!!

What a great idea. I love this month because its full of love! My favorite Valentines day was our first one together when I came out here to visit him in Hawaii while he was at school while we were dating. There is nothing like spending Valentines day in Hawaii (we have spent every Valentines day here and in Maui and its so romantic no matter what you do).

Hey Malia, I am not on island right now, but I have been following your work from grad school up here in ND. My favorite love song is "Good Morning Beautiful" by Steve Holy. It was one of the first country music songs my boyfriend introduced me to! If you have not heard it, you'll love it!

Best valentines I ever had... When my husband and I were dating in high school my junior year and he made me a delicious dinner and we ate it on the beach! I just got my braces off then so I was feeling pretty awesome. :)

Okay, so my favorite romantic movie has got to be An Affair to Remember. It's an old movie and it kinda drags in the middle but I LOVE LOVE the ending!
My favorite love song is "When I Fall In Love" by Celine Dion. It's our first couple's dance on our wedding reception, too.
Best Valentine's day (before getting married) was in high school.. :P

Hi Malia, I just got on your blog to send you a message to let you know Andrew and I are coming to Hawaii in a couple weeks and I was going to see what it would take to have a photography session with you. So when I ran across this give away I got very excited!! Not to mention I found it just in time....
So the best Valentine's I've had is my first Valentine's with Andrew after we were married. I was going out of town on Valentine's Day so the day before Valentine's Andrew surprised me with a scavenger hunt across the North Shore making me stop at all of our romantic meaningful spots. Then he was waiting for me at Lei Lei's for lunch. Also the first clue started with a fish bowl with a beta fish and 5 real Tahitian pearls sitting on a sea shell. I felt very special!
I'm not sure how to make links on blogs and facebook but I will try to figure it out. I've never twittered before either, but I hope I'm still in the running!

best valentines day: the first valentines day luke and i were living in virginia. we missed home and were really cold. when he came home from work i surprised him with a "love luau"- laula pork, pineapple, mac salad, rice, and chocolate cake. had it all laid out when he got home, and had sarongs hanging from the wall and even wore a mumu. it was pretty funny, but made us both happy and a little less homesick! we kept up the "love luau" tradition the 3 valentines days we lived in virginia.
